The investment from Brighton Park Capital and Nic Humphries, join our existing majority investor Cow Corner, who have backed Clearcare since April 2025.
This investment signals Brighton Park Capital & Nic Humphries confidence in Clearcare’s sector positioning and growth trajectory.
The new resources available to Clearcare, enable us to get further guidance from experts in software, cementing our position as the sector leaders in Children’s Social Care.
This investment is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to complete in Q4 2025.

Cow Corner has been the majority investor in Clearcare since April 2025.
