ClearcareTM has been designed with ease in mind, which means you should be able to use it with confidence following your initial set-up. Sometimes, though, you might just want a little help to keep things running smoothly.
We provide in-house support directly from our dev team, who are always here to help if you need us. We don’t use robots at Clearcare, and we’ll never make you fight with automated systems that don’t help. Just get in touch, and a real person will come back to you.
The best way to get help is to visit our Help Centre.

We operate a callback system; simply call the number below and leave a voicemail, letting us know your name, company and issues. We’ll then send you a text confirming your callback request.

  • Single Provision – £150
  • Multiple Provisions – 10% of their first annual license fee
