2024 Wrapped – Merry Christmas!

Thank you for helping to make 2024 our best year yet!

This year, an incredible 236 new customers have joined Clearcare, with December breaking records as we welcomed 20 customers in just one week. There are now over 83 MILLION logs stored within Clearcare as of December!

Clearcare is now the solution of choice for over 55% of children’s homes, 800+ supported accommodation provisions, 13 Local Authorities and numerous family assessment centres, mother and baby units and adult care homes across the UK.

We really appreciate the wonderful community we’ve built and want to say a huge thank you to all of our customers who have recommended Clearcare throughout the year.

Launched in 2024 🚀

We made some big changes in 2024, launching new features and updating our existing software. We understand that we didn’t always get it right first time, but we always try to make up for it by listening to our customers and responding to your honest feedback, for which we’re very grateful.

This year, our Stafford-based team has been working hard to ensure that Clearcare has all of the tools you need to manage your children’s care setting in one complete software solution, without the hassle of multiple expensive licenses. As well as the usual performance updates, we’ve launched a couple of new features that will make your day-to-day care management easier than ever.

Manage Time & Attendance

Our new Rotas module gives you the tools you need to manage time and attendance– all under the Clearcare roof.

Through the Rotas module, you can:

  • Record “planned” vs “actual” hours for regulatory compliance
  • Manage annual leave and employee sickness
  • Clock in and out, including optional geolocation settings for safeguarding
  • Easily manage, share and fill open shifts
  • Show the number of staff and managers on shift at any given time
  • Manage employee training and qualifications

Staff App

Our new staff app makes it easy for staff to see their rotas, view open shifts, clock in and out, manage sickness and annual leave, from their own device.

Continuing to Improve our Kids App

Our Kids App is a specialised tool that lets young people communicate with staff and contribute to their care delivery. The app creates a more connected care experience, particularly for young people who feel more comfortable communicating digitally, or who want the time and space to collect their thoughts before speaking up.

Through the app, young people can view their objectives and earn rewards for providing feedback on their care. They can also keep their own records of their time in care using the My Journal function, which vastly improves Life Story work by allowing them to add text, upload images and videos, record voice notes and draw pictures.

Improved Customer Support & Free Training Webinars

Clearcare isn’t just about the software, we’re passionate about people, too. Our customer support and training teams are all based in our Stafford office, ensuring our customers always get to speak to experienced system experts.

In 2024, we’ve continued to strengthen our support offering, welcoming 2 new staff members to our Stafford based team.  

With increased capacity, we’ve introduced free monthly training webinars sharing best practice and tips to help you make the most of Clearcare, which were attended by over 3,000 users in 2024!

Customer Feedback Survey

In November, we provided all of our customers with the opportunity to provide feedback via our customer satisfaction survey. Thank you so much to everybody who participated – your opinion really matters to us and will be integral to shaping the future of Clearcare.

To show our appreciation, we placed all respondents into a hat and drew 10 lucky participants to receive a luxury Christmas hamper as a prize. Congratulations to all our winners!
